How interesting! Don't they claim to make natural scents? I actually had a similar experience (but with another one from the same brand) with that kind of (plastic) junk. (But maybe I'm being unfair to them, and they never claimed otherwise.) (That would be a strange matriarch, though.) Glad it turned out well.
