The immortelle drifts into the soupy.
More spice than green.
Fenugreek yes
but immortelle obscures my view of the beauty in the scent.

I like to call it "Oh-no-telle" too... it has never made things better for me.

Hmm, seems like there's a bit too much kitchen in it...

It depends on the spice.

Immortelle is unfortunately almost always too syrupy for me... what a pity.

Immortelle is great, but it can also go wrong quickly.

Yes, I can understand that well. It sometimes gives me trouble too.

You can't really say that now, or someone might actually drink it! 😱

If it gets too syrupy, the fun quickly ends for me.

Fenugreek is great for cooking, so that probably goes well with the soup. 🥕🐰

Maggi ?

No, I wouldn't say that either. At most, a minimal hint the next day, and you know how sensitive I am. But it is definitely rich, in contrast to the grassy notes.

So far, the barley and bran are overshadowing the lovely other notes for me... I need to test it more.

It becomes noticeably more pleasant over time, then I can smell the herbs and something floral, and it’s definitely not that Maggi scent, but I just don’t like immortelle in that soupy way, and I almost become nose-blind to everything else in the fragrance because my brain can’t filter it out anymore. So the scent has already lost for me before it really starts. Definitely worth testing for immortelle lovers. Fenugreek too, since you don’t come across that often. Only in the base does it finally turn around for me. But it still won’t be love.
