The cherry is a bit short-lived. A dark chocolate takes the lead for me. There's a slightly bitter note that reminds me of rhubarb, adding a contrasting point. Temporarily, there's a hint of grassiness before, in the end, a cherry soaked in cognac reappears accompanied by vanilla. Naturally sweet, but really, really delicious.
