Telegrama Imaginary Authors 2019

Not the sort of fragrance I ever would have sought out, but I received a free sample of it with an order. I was 100% right about this not being "my type" of fragrance. I get primarily lavender, talc, and black pepper. The result is reminiscent of lavender-scented dryer sheets, a "clean" scent but not in the fresh, soapy way. Clean like fresh laundry. The dry down is a slight improvement on the opening, with a subtle dose of vanilla—not the sweet kind, which isn't necessarily a requirement for me, I love all vanilla notes equally. Still not something I would ever wear out into the world.

I've had some success layering it with the very lemon-forward L'Occitane Verveine. The result smells surprisingly like Fruit Loops. I was able to get through the rest of my sample of Telegrama this way.
