L'Eau Majeure d'Issey - Shade of Sea: Day 3, 2:47PM Issey Miyake 2019

Is my 'favorite aquatic' now part of a reviewer collab.
Please stay away from me, all of you who constantly complain about the many 'flankers' from Miyake. 'Miyake, the flanker king!', 'Not ANOTHER flanker!', 'That's enough with the flankers already!'. Let me tell you, they are not as much flankers as you all think. ALL Miyake fragrances are unique, and what unites them is the very special Miyake DNA. And this one has it too. Just one sniff and there it is... Aaaaaah.... it’s a Miyake. This Miyake is the ultimate in aquatic fragrance. It doesn’t get more aquatic than this, and I feel like I’m beamed to a deserted, quiet beach in the Caribbean. No parties, no sangria-drinking tourists, no thong bikinis. Just the captivating, quiet, sophisticated, salty beach romance. THIS is how I want an aquatic fragrance to be. When the salt meets the sandalwood, I am in aquatic heaven. And the price is SOOO low for so much quantity and quality! Happy.

The theme of a Caribbean beach, with white sand and clear sea, is perfectly captured here. So sunny, salty, and fruity fresh. Delightfully soft aquatic notes. It smells like being on vacation at the beach.

What a great point you've made! I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds tempting and believable.
