Thanks to Parfumos, I decided to try a fragrance that I don't know at all and about which nothing has been written yet. I just took the plunge. - Luckily!
The bottle is made of glass, kept very simple. Unfortunately, the cap is made of plastic, but it features a delicate unicorn crest. Everything is pastel pink, silver, and there’s also a bit of light purple on the box. A princess-girl dream that wins my heart 100% for the bottle, even though the cap shouts 75% disappointment! Because of that old plastic cap!
I am pleasantly surprised by the sillage; it is present but not overpowering. I can still smell the fragrance on my skin after 4 hours, but after 7 hours it’s gone, somewhere in between it has faded away.
The fragrance itself is very intriguing:
Right upon spraying, it smells briefly of orange with a hint of bergamot, very fresh and zesty. The rose quickly blends in, making it a bit sweeter. After that, it smells somewhat like watermelon with flowers, very light, sweet, and fresh with just a touch of bitterness. I ponder what the scent reminds me of:
Maybe rose lokum?!?!? - No, that’s way too sweet!
Peach jelly with rose sugar?!?! - Still too sweet.
I sniff again. 30 minutes have passed and ..... Ohhh.... I got it! It smells like a tea drink made from jasmine tea and a bit of rose sugar, some peach juice, and a bit of orange and lemon peel, and really just a tiny pink peppercorn in 1 liter of tea drink.
It is lightly sweet, somewhat bitter, aromatic, and refreshing. If I close my eyes now, I see a little princess sitting on a moss cushion in the shade, enjoying this tea drink after a long shower. How beautiful!
Assigning it to spring/summer is surprisingly easy for me here. And when I have a day off again and the weather allows it, I will retreat, freshly washed with such a tea in hand, to the shady moss patch in my garden and feel like a princess.
