Another summer day!
I've been a fan of this sun perfume for years now.
The first Divine by Gaultier was a very sweet floral fragrance for me - almost like a flower meadow in the south of France, near the sea. The salt therefore remained somewhat in the background for me, overlaid by the floral scent.
The second Divine, Le Parfum, brought out the salty-aquatic more clearly and was no longer quite as sweet and floral. Here, the Divine accord really shone through for me: The marine association became more present and prominent for me.
With the third Divine, Elixir, I still find the basic idea of a summer day by the sea totally palpable - the salt remains, but the fragrance becomes earthier, leatherier and thus also visually matches the brown bottle. After spraying it on, I sense a leathery, earthy accord alongside the sweetness, which for me is almost tobacco-like. For me, the aquatic and salty notes are still clearly there, contrary to what some reviewers claim. It feels like a different place by the sea: less flowery meadow, more warm earth, leather and sun on salty skin - perhaps even with a hint of sunscreen.
I really like this new, exciting direction - sweet, salty, aquatic and earthy at the same time. A great addition to the Divine range!

Schöner Vergleich. Der erste aus der Reihe erinnert mich an Olympea. Finde den Elixir auch super schön, Sonnencreme und Salz kommen auch gut durch.

Perfekt beschrieben. Genauso empfinde ich den Duft auch. Toller Flanker
