Coconut, the tropical fruit of the sparkling seas with burning-feet hot beaches aligned perfectly with palm trees, while having a carefree state-of-mind. That's my association with this scent. It's creamy, it's woody, it's tropical, it's delicious. I could almost eat or drink this fragrance.
My experience so far with Jean Paul Gaultier fragrances is a good one. Most of them seem to be sweet, fruity and warm. And I suppose I discovered that I really like that at the moment.
Le Mâle is cardamom-vanilla vibes, Ultra Mâle is ultra sweet and warm, Le Parfum is Ultra Mâle without the fruity-sweetness and more spice. Although, if tropical sweetness is not your thing, then don't even consider this one.
So, without further ado: Do you like woody, creamy coconut vibes? Kind of like a shower oil or in sunscreen? Then get it! The scent opens with a fruity-fresh coconut, which develops into a creamy, woody base. Probably the pineapple and ginger in the opening, and the coconut, tonka bean and sandalwood in the dry-down.
Lastly, I want to emphasize that everyone's nose is different and that this review is of course an interpretation of mine. Always sniff it yourself and then decide!
