The best Scandal for me

The Absolu from the Scandal line is definitely my favorite. You can still recognize the classic Scandal DNA, but it is noticeably sweeter and, above all, feels deeper and has a certain something to it.
I'm not really a fan of the Scandal fragrances, but I would wear this one from time to time.

The scent doesn't have a significant evolution, but I can perceive certain changes. First of all, it starts off relatively sweet, subtly fruity, and also woody. After a few seconds, it somehow gives me "dry" impressions. I don't know if "dry sweetness" is an appropriate description. The chestnut adds a pleasantly nutty touch. In any case, this fades away for me after 15-20 minutes, and it becomes the usual sweetness.
I also find the sandalwood to be noticeably intense from this phase onward.

Some people do get quite prominent fruity nuances well into the development. I, on the other hand, absolutely do not.
For me, the Absolu is not a really fruity scent.
The Scandal Absolu mainly plays with a strong and beautiful creamy sandalwood, along with a kind of sweetness that feels like a blend of tonka bean, a bit of cinnamon, caramel, and honey. In my opinion, the sweetness has some similarities to JPG Le Male Elixir. Anyone who generally likes the Scandal fragrances from JPG and also enjoys the Le Male Elixir will find a lot to appreciate here.

The scent lasts about eight hours on my skin and projects really well.
The Scandal Absolu is also wonderfully unisex wearable.
