I love the 80s vibe this scent gives off. Still, it works really well even today. I feel most comfortable wearing it with jeans. It's just beautifully rugged and not as fancy as you might expect.
Great statement along with information! Congratulations on hitting the mark! I really hope - despite the clear gender labeling - that I get to smell it one day too...
One of my greatest fragrance treasures, which I guard like the apple of my eye. I believe if the old Sander scents were still available in pure form, I wouldn't need any other perfumes!
Many thanks to Jacques Artarit for his talent!
He created a leather chypre in 1981 that is truly one of a kind.
Balanced, soapy animalic notes, soft leather, and a harmonious interplay of herbs and flowers.
It's the nutmeg in the base that gives it that special "kick."
Contrasts come together here: fresh - warm, green - earthy, bitter - floral.
A true masterpiece!
Jil Sander's vision back then was the result of a trained reinterpretation of Bauhaus.
Form follows function.
And the scent works wonderfully in its minimalist form.
😎😎
Beautifully described, nothing more to add. Thank you very much for this statement.
Another hit!
I urgently need a time machine 😅
Great description 🏆
Adding it to the list.
Unforgettable, unmatched, and unparalleled!

Leather-Chypre sounds great!
