Oh my, starts herb-fresh
citrus-flower-sizzle
warms so cinnamon-sensually wicked
still modern, long sought in the artisan segment.*

Jil Sander used to have some amazing fragrances in their lineup... I don't know this one, but it sounds right up my alley.

Well, you're really bringing one out 😀. A buddy of mine wore it and raved about it. Not everything can and should be Artisan. Some things are best left to the designers.

By "artisan," I meant it in the sense of completely naturally scented. That's how the initial hits from the 80s fortunately were. 😊

I would much rather smell this than most of the stuff today.

I don't know that one at all. Only the regular one. Now you've piqued my curiosity 👀

My absolute dream scent from the 1980s!
Extremely complex and ever-changing.

I used to wear that one a lot, but I can't afford it anymore today ;-)

That was a great scent for my taste, and it would still work today. But it seems Benckieser didn't sell the formula when they parted ways with Jil Sander as a fragrance brand.

Was and still is a 10 for me. It was my signature scent in the mid-80s.

Yes, it's cinnamon-sensual and seductive... I still think it's brilliant with the clary sage!

I love muscatel sage too. As an herb, as a spice, and in fragrances. Ah!

I had a proper vintage bottle ages ago and have one again now (but that’s enough for me) 😊
A very naturally composed fragrance that would be considered artisanal today.
Delightfully refreshing and warm at the same time.
An alluring scent for the transitional period.
For me, absolutely unisex from the base.
Oakmoss, castoreum, and rough-etheric wood finely and roundly spiced.
Timeless, a true classic.
