Summer in Times of Corona

I was recently at the lake and had sprayed the Eau Floral in the city beforehand. It was important to me that I could jump into the water right away. So I tossed my things aside and jumped into the water - a wonderfully pleasant scent wafted through the air. I asked the guy, as he is better than I am at locating scents, and he said, "I think that's your deodorant." And yes, the fragrance somehow fits the location - the lake surrounded by plenty of flora.

The top note is - often like many other fragrances - quite citrusy. Bergamot, nectarine, and mandarin create a citrusy, fruity start. Up to this point, it’s nothing wild, but then the aromas of the heart note come in. The magnolia, together with the apricot blossom, enhances the fruitiness and the citrus. Meanwhile, the sweet pea adds a refreshing touch, making the scent something special. It elevates this mixture of fruits, citrus, and lovely flowers, giving the fragrance a bit of sparkle.
Ambroxan, musk, and woods form a great base that gives the scent both lightness and longevity.

For an l'Eau, the fragrance is great and long-lasting, and I am also very impressed by the sillage. The addition of Floral leads some customers to associate it with a beautiful bouquet - ideally of white flowers. The rather citrusy aspect can be somewhat irritating to consumers, as they expect a different type of floral scent.

Overall, the fragrance is wonderful. It is light, summery, and yet it has something. You can wear it wonderfully in your free time but also at business meetings. All in all, it’s worth it if you need something special for the office that is more clean than sexy and a bit unique. It’s important to engage with the scent, and it would be great if you like the smell of sweet peas, as that is dominant here, but not unpleasant.
