On a cool early summer morning, I step...

...barefoot into the garden, the grass still wet with dew. The cold creeps up my legs, but it’s already clear that it will be a great day, not a cloud in the sky. A pair of blackbirds are singing acrobatics over the hedge, and somewhere a robin is squawking - how can such loud sounds come from such a small bird? I let my gaze wander contentedly over the bushes and flowers, stopping at the colorful sweet peas. I can’t help but smile, as a wave of satisfaction washes over me. About the day, the weather, life itself, in this moment it is perfect and I enjoy it with all my senses, fully absorbing this little happiness of the moment.
I bite into my breakfast nectarine and the flesh crunches away from the pit (I prefer my nectarines unripe and still hard like apples; once they are ripe and start leaving a mess every time you eat them, my enthusiasm for this fruit noticeably cools).
After I finish eating, I sigh contentedly once more and then head back into the house to face the challenges of everyday life...
This is the image that forms in my mind when I smell Jimmy Choo Floral. The nectarine is simply enchanting (why is it that you rarely smell it?), not quite my beloved apricot, but very close. And the blossoms dance a round with it, but without any attitude, trying to outshine it.
Throughout, the fragrance maintains a very cool impression for me. But not unpleasantly cool, more like a cool morning, from which you already know for sure that the temperatures will climb to 25 degrees in the next few hours. I had to dig a bit into my memory as to why it seems so familiar to me, especially with this coolness that resonates: it reminds me of Jour d'Hermès Eau de Parfum. When comparing the notes, the sweet pea and the apricot blossom catch my eye, could it be because of that? Of course, the fragrances are not identical, but their vibe is very similar and fits perfectly into spring, when the warm days are becoming more frequent and summer is just a hop away. Did Miss Turner take inspiration from Monsieur Ellena? In any case, I am very taken with it and say thank you, Mister Choo!
