I feel for the hype. I never smelled the original and with so many influencers saying it’s basically 1:1 I thought well it’s worth buying then especially since everyone says how good it is. Nothing against Game of Spades, the quality is amazing, I just don’t think the scent profile is amazing. I never reach for this and never feel the urge too. That’s how I rate the fragrance. I’ll give a fragrance a high score but that doesn’t mean I reach for it. It’s good! It’s lavender, shaving cream and dryer sheets. That’s what this is. If you want to smell like clean laundry, smell like you powdered yourself and had a fresh shave then this is great. Not that I don’t want to smell like those things just not in this style or fashion. Still worth buying for the price point and quality of oils. This is a fresh clean scent but it is not sweet AT ALL! Like not at all!! Not even a little. Why does everyone say it’s sweet apple and vanilla? Still good though
