Little Immersive from the Seventies

Right after dabbing on Jovan Musk Oil, I have a 3.7 ml bottle of it here, a fruity sugary scent rises to my nose, instantly transporting me back to my childhood, as I open a roll of Fizzers grape candy.

Later, the scent becomes creamy and warm, now I can also smell the jasmine, which has been beautifully integrated. It doesn’t stand out in an unpleasant way, but is still quite discernible.
I can faintly detect a resemblance to the golden Elnett hairspray.

You feel scrubbed clean, the scent reminds me of foamy shampoo in my hair and cleanliness in the bathroom.

Towards the end, when Jovan Musk bids farewell to the skin, long after application, because this scent has endurance, not until the evening at the earliest, and on clothes even the next day, it is simply and plainly synthetic musk that can be sniffed out, a musk scent comparable to the musk scent from the pink Cotton Musk by Ulric de Varens.

I would classify this scent as an autumn-winter fragrance.

I actually use Jovan Musk Oil far too rarely, considering it offers such a wonderful olfactory experience, and I hope it remains available in this formulation for a long time. (2013)

Ooh, maybe I should test it again. But it gives me goosebumps... It really just reminds me of my youth; it was very popular back then.
