Kajal never disappoints
Äican is a really beautiful fruity scent with oriental, sweet, and spicy undertones.
All the notes harmonize wonderfully together and find a common great path.
The fragrance starts off really fruity. The fruity notes are already pushed in the background by the ginger, making it feel quite "zesty." Otherwise, the fruity notes all come across as very smooth and perfectly balanced.
The fruity notes also take on an increasingly creamy character.
These moments remind me a little of a Roberto Ugolini Marzocco.
The sandalwood then comes through beautifully soft and creamy, woody over time.

Spot on! True of my wearing experience as well. A must try if you like niché quality fruity fragrances.

I tested a few in the early days of the brand and I agree with you, they never impressed me either.
