Fine treat with depth
The opening smells to me like the Tutti Frutti fruit gums from a well-known confectionery company. Delicious! And I immediately get an appetite for this unhealthy sugar stuff every time. But that's over after just a few minutes, when Ruby becomes a little darker and the squeaky, fruity sweetness is toned down. I can only partially smell individual fragrance notes. In addition to the fruity notes, I can recognize the cream quite well. But if I hadn't read it in the fragrance pyramid, I certainly wouldn't have recognized it. I am quite glad that it is not dominant, because the scent of cream sometimes makes me slightly nauseous in perfumes. With imagination, the scent reminds me of a cup of Amarena cherries. It retains these berry, cherry fruit notes throughout its entire course, which I really like. Sure, it's synthetic, but I like it. The whole thing is underpinned by a fine amber note/chord. The base notes give the composition a seductive, sensual, grown-up character. I have smelled a lot of very fruity and cherry fragrances. According to my previous sniffing experiences, none of them are really similar to Ruby.
I've found a great new "hot" treasure that I'm happy with. And it lasts and shines like a bomb on me.
