Sexy white floral bouquet
Mona really created such a beautiful and SEXY white floral fragrance, with the perfect touch of fruitiness and patchouli, and also, with a noticeable middle eastern vibe. The white florals are blended in equal amounts and I can’t pick one out over the other, which I really like. The bite of nectarine in the opening and the BIG dose of vanilla throughout its wear gets me every single time and makes my eyes roll to the back of my head. It is a bit indolic (and I can see why some wouldn’t like it), but that’s the nature of white floral scents. Indolic or not, I still think it’s soooooo damn good. This scent is even better when it’s had time to sit and let the juice darken to a deep brown / red color. Most Kayali frags get better as they sit, so I can’t wait for my bottle and juice to age to perfection.
My one qualm with Kayali fragrances is their performance, and I think I speak for everyone when I say that they are not strong enough when it comes to projection + longevity. Deja Vu White Flower is no different, with a moderate projection and longevity. You definitely have to overspray to get a good scent bubble around yourself, but when you have the bigger bottles, it’s really not a big deal. They work even better when you spray on clothes too. But I don’t really don’t mind reapplying because I love this scent so much. I didn’t expect to fall as hard as I did with this fragrance, but I wasn’t too shocked considering I adore white florals.
If you’re a white floral lover, definitely get yourself a sample or decant of this to try out. It’s going to be so nice for the spring and summer weather and on days / nights when I want to feel a little extra flirty and sexy. Don’t let the bad reviews scare ya. Give it a sniff!
