Very interesting, not sure I've come across other scents that remind me of this. Starts out with a blow of basil and sweet mint, which is replaced by a more peppery note within the first 15-20 minutes and after some time the vetiver kicks in and stays around with a woody note. A very fresh scent, but strangely doesn't come across as soapy. Very pleasant and versatile for use in spring and summer. Holds a decent longevity, though the sillage is not amazing, stays close to you. Highly recommendable :-)
You're right, no clones so far. I'm rocking it during coldest season, its woodyness makes me reach for it in fall and winter. I prefer Homme original for spring and summer.
