Chai latte in the jungle

Today Kenzo Jungle moved into my vintage collection I was curious about this polarizing fragrance, where, as with all (today) lesser-known fragrances, there are often 2 camps ... The lovers and those who do not like such strong fragrances ...
Well... I personally am drawn to fragrances that are more disliked, if only to form my own opinion ...
I am also a self-confessed team player of brute fragrances, i.e. fragrances with which you can blow houses away in terms of sillage

Now to the Kenzo ...

I've been lurking around this fragrance since the summer ... should I ? Should I not ?
Now I have given in to my inner self ... and have no regrets ...
The fragrance is sooo unique ... my heart is jumping ... something special, not every corner smells uniquely different ...
I immediately smell something cinnamony, the clove in combination with cardamom immediately gives this drive ...
At the same time, there is something fruity (the mango with the mandarin) and something sweet, but not overly sweet ... Wonderful ..
The Jungle is given a sunny note by vanilla and ylang-ylang ... wonderfully interwoven and underlined by heliotrope and vanilla ...

For me as a vintage wearer, Jungle is a journey back in time to my young adult years, the 90s are so beautiful ... And I think I also remember that this fragrance was often to be smelled there, because I know it from my subconscious ... that makes my personal discovery today all the more beautiful ...

I'll come to the sillage now ...

I got exactly what I love so much about fragrances ... Blowing houses away ... and that with 2 sprays ....
And it delivers what it promises ...
I have a lot of beasters but Jungle is a sillage monster, it's in the same league as, for example, an Arabian Tonka, so it does everything right ...

Conclusion
Kenzo Jungle was a nail-biter for me, my decision to buy it took a long time. The trembling has come to an end, Kenzo is here and is loved for its uniqueness and idolized for its monstrousness ...
Personally, I see Jungle as more of a summer candidate (in homeopathic doses, of course) because its fruity components will probably reveal its true splendor for me there, of course I will also wear it now in winter and then compare it in summer ...
