Sinful scent that is fun
Yes, it is truly worth a sin! After I received Le Speculoos from L'Antichambre back then from the States via Luckyscent (and unfortunately had to pick it up at customs after an eternity of waiting :(), the package also contained samples of other fragrances. Among them was this one, which immediately captivated me. For me, it was so clearly a men's fragrance that I gave the sample to my better half. When I first smelled the grinning little devil on him, I was done for. Wow, just wow! A scent that invites sniffing, cuddling, and more. One that really knocked me off my feet. Okay, I thought. I'll get us a bottle in the O-flacon. Since Luckyscent no longer shipped to Germany, I contacted the perfumer directly and soon received a very nice email from Brussels. He would be happy to send it to me at a significantly lower price than from the States. I didn't hesitate long and ordered immediately.
I can't pick out the individual notes in Le Sourire de Diable. However, it reminds me of one or two very good fragrances from the eighties/nineties. Unfortunately, I can't say which ones they are. Some guys who smelled damn good back then had a similar scent.
Longevity and sillage are intense, not too overpowering, dear boys. With this fragrance, you will enjoy it for a whole day or longer. In my opinion, this is one for intimate moments or going out. I would recommend it less for the office. Definitely a strong little number that brings fun and a desire for sin.

Actually, this isn't really my scent profile, but now I'm curious ;-)

soft and dark woody, very pleasant (it has a slightly smoky note too... it must be really nice in autumn and winter)

Now I had to check out what Oud fragrance you recommended. It seems pretty masculine to me, though. Plus, it's not easy to find. I'll stick with Oud Satin Mood and my other four Oud fragrances. When it gets warmer, I'll reach for Eau de Lierre, Eau de Gentiane, or Un Jardin sur le Toit.

I've become curious thanks to Mr. Pollito's collection, I must say.

Ohooo! A little scent that's not so easy to find. But it seems the effort is worth it :)
