.... as a beginner in perfumery and a student, I, like most of you may have experienced, am unable to test the OG from the perfumes placed at head height. For this reason, I am often on the lookout for W O R T H Y twins. As an owner of several La Rive fragrances, I can actually say that they have some recommendable scents that come close to the original. However, I cannot confirm this with Black Creek. When I saw the new delivery at Müller (Vienna), Aventus immediately came to mind. I quickly sprayed two generous sprays on the tester and waited a few seconds. After that, I was surprised by a not overly synthetic pineapple. Unfortunately, this completely disappeared after about five minutes, and it’s hardly worth mentioning the apple and blackcurrant. I would like to continue here, but unfortunately, after about 30 minutes, I can perceive absolutely N O T H I N G anymore and thus cannot describe the further development of the scent. Sillage and longevity are therefore zero. The Vibrant Leather from Zara at least lasted an hour (longer)... I really hope that an expert can correct my experience here and that I might still get to spend the €7.99 someday - otherwise, I will continue my search for an affordable Aventus alternative....
