... truly a fitting name and concept. I can see why this scent would be very polarizing, as you would normally expect a vetiver to be fresh, where this is a dark and musty vetiver.
The scent is probably best described as burnt wet wood partially covered with earth and with cypress-like greens growing from the remains. I love wearing it on a rainy, grey autumn day or on a cold clear winter's day - but I can not pull it off on shiny spring or summer days. Some people have mentioned awesome longevity and sillage, whereas I only get about 4 hours before having to reapply - maybe the Iso E Super is playing tricks on me here?
To sum it up, a great frag with a gorgeous bottle at an ridiculous cheap Price.. but try before you buy, may not be to everyones liking...
