I don't think Tonioc is necessarily wrong in this regard - certainly the ingredient components/affordable price would suggest mass but it's not a scent profile that would be socially acceptable to wear (it's not a scent in fashion--it's more scent as a hobby). I'm not sure where Tonioc is but here in the USA Lalique is not a brand that is marketed nor carried at department stores (neither are any of their other commissioned lines, such as Bentley). So it's niche in a perfumery sense as well because of its limited distribution channels--you wouldn't even know it existed unless it was suggested to you by a fragrance store website (in which you'd have to buy blind), or you count perfumery as a hobby (or if you're young, suggested via "influencer"). Niche is not always something high-priced like ELDO or Malle.
