Lalique pour Homme Lion Lalique 1997 Eau de Parfum

Although released in 1997, Lion looks back to the great masculine fougeres of the 80's. Awesome aromatic and woody scent. However, Lion is smoother than or not as biting as many from that period. It's also more reserved in that there is no strong animalic component. I'd say more of a classy and formal fragrance. Projection and sillage are more modest. You definitely won't be fumigating a room with Lion, even if you over spray. Longevity is pretty good - I get about 9 hours at which point it's still a pretty strong skin scent. Bottle is beautiful with the lion figure being an actual intaglio in the glass, not a sticker or label - a real artwork worthy of the Lalique name.
