The fresh-spicy incense wood from CdG's 'Kyoto' and the sweet-fruity rose complement each other perfectly. But then comes patch - and stays.

Patch always feels to me like the fear of the bad man!

Not a fan of this scent note either...

Unfortunately, I just couldn't get along with it at all. I tried it multiple times, but it really didn't work for me. All the good things that others smell didn't come through for me, which is a real shame.

I actually find the patch rose combo quite pleasant.

I've never gotten along with that one. There's such a medicinal undertone that always bothers me.

Sounds pretty nice, actually.

It's not bad, I just usually don't like patchouli.

I got this as a birthday gift... and now I wear it rather reluctantly. Too synthetic for me. Unique, yes, but somehow tricky.

Sounds quite nice, despite the rose..

It was creepy for me because of the extremely high amount of ISO-E-Super. 👻

It gets too patchy :D.....

Too patchy is 'sketchy' :-D

That's exactly what made the otherwise lovely scent a bit off-putting for me.

I used to like it better; nowadays, I'm not a fan of the sweet base anymore...

For me, the rose has a sweet note that only lasts for a few seconds. Overall, the base is also the issue for me - too one-dimensional and too heavy for this type of fragrance.

I didn't like it at all. A large amount of IsoE Super that leaves a metallic taste on my palate.

To my surprise, Iso-E-Super doesn't bother me here as it does in 'Terre d'Hermès'. The patchouli is a bit too much for me; it makes the scent heavier.

I found it to be very "subtle," rather inconspicuous. Good.

The references and patch sound like a quirky but exciting combo...

Only exciting at the beginning... Later it becomes one-dimensional, unfortunately.

What a shame! Patchouli doesn't get too musty thanks to Iso-E, but it's just not my thing.
