I received this fragrance as a gift from my mother years ago and I miss it dearly.
I still had the oval bottle, which was a true delight to hold.
The scent is easy to describe: A rose garden on a hot summer day. The top note features small tea roses with a hint of vanilla. Sweet like vanilla ice cream. In the heart note, the classic garden roses are accompanied by a base note of dry earth. After many hours, the base consists of long-stemmed, dark red roses on musk. The evening after a hot summer day, with sweet promises for the night.
The fragrance is still noticeable the next morning. Although Mille et une Rose has such a rosy scent, it does not annoy those around you. It is, however, a constant companion throughout the day.

Very intense rose scent! However, it was too "heavy" and cloying for me... I ended up with a headache... What a shame! I had to let it go a long time ago.
