Rumeur 2 Rose Lanvin 2008

I received this fragrance in Kankuro's scent package.
I like some of the Lanvins and I also find one or the other rose scent beautiful.
This fragrance is not as rosy as one might think from the name. It has a light fresh and citrusy scent. I detect a subtle hint of pear. After a while, it becomes softly floral and the rose doesn't really bloom. It stays delicately in the background. With other rose fragrances, I perceive it more strongly.
Rumeur 2 Rose is, for me, a pleasant, sweet, and delicate scent. It's not exactly a showstopper, but I can wear it well in everyday life. My friend and my husband find it suitable for me.
