A Refreshing Bridge Between Eras

Suqraat offers a pleasant, clean experience, reminiscent of a lighter, more refined Aramis blended with Acqua di Gio. It cleverly bridges the gap between a classic 1966 fragrance and a more modern 1996 style, creating a neat hybrid.
The initial burst is distinctly Aramis, but the dry down reveals the Acqua di Gio influence, with notes of ginger and wood emerging. This versatile fragrance is hard to fault. For its price (I got mine for $18), Suqraat is a superbly crafted men's fragrance that's earned a regular spot in my rotation.
While I disagree with those who claim it's solely an Acqua di Gio clone, it certainly shares that style. However, Suqraat has more depth and complexity. Like many Middle Eastern houses such as Lattafa, they've created something unique rather than a direct copy, which is commendable and offers excellent value. A definite blind buy recommendation if you're considering it. Simply put: Suqraat is good.
