Lovely Laura Laura Biagiotti 2020

My birthday is still a week away, but my friend already brought me my gift today - you never know what the road conditions will be like on the 23rd.
May it stay mild - and the snow gradually melt.

But I get to sniff - and I too am already melting at the first whiff.
Such a lovely, heartwarming scent is just what I need.

I also have Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker, and I compare:
Sarah is also "lovely" but in a tougher, more contoured way - just like her protagonist sometimes shows "clear edges" - without losing her charm.
She is cheeky - and always fashionably hip.

Laura, on the other hand, is kindness personified - gentle, with a penchant for romantic second-hand dresses.
She is pretty, like a delicate divan doll - Sarah has a more rugged beauty - and is athletically toned.

Both Lovelies are attractive - and by no means boring.

But Laura immediately appeals to me with her soft, transparent fruitiness.
Lilac and rose transport me to a lush blooming garden - and patchouli and sandalwood deepen the romantic feeling that envelops me.

Laura is clearly an unabashed romantic and she does not shy away from embracing it.
With this attitude, she is quite a bit ahead of strong Sarah.
Laura sees the world with her heart.
