I was searching for a perfume for a long time where my gut feeling would say – yes this is it. I found it with Ylang 49 from LeLabo. If this perfume would be a picture it would be a heavy, cooling, yellow golden jewel for me. Or a classic woman (maybe from a different time) like Grace Kelly. When applied it starts quiet heavy and can shortly appear frumpy but it lays a solid foundation for a fragrance which will last throughout the day or night. With time, more fresh and lighter notes come though and give an extraordinary mix between heavy and light, classic and modern. A great artwork. I bought it some years ago and I am still delighted about its longevity on the skin and overall about the quality of the perfume over time.
