Suitable for the Clean Scent Faction
After reading Friedaherz's comment, I sprayed this fragrance on my wrist to refresh my memory.
Also on the recommendation of a dear fellow perfume enthusiast, I ordered it blind to have even more options for smelling clean than I already do.
The very nice and fragrance-interested owner of the online store where I ordered the scent, mentioned by Friedaherz, describes it as a "fragrance for lovers of soapy scents."
And with that, she got me *gg*.
I was not disappointed. On the contrary, the scent does not match my initial expectations, but it is definitely a lovely discovery.
For this is not a detergent-like or powdery rose scented clean fragrance. Nothing that reminds you of shower gel scents, modern laundry detergent fragrances, Chloe's clean scent, or anything else I know.
I can't even pick out individual notes except for one: Freesia!!
A strong Freesia. With a bit of fresh laundry that gets pushed back into the washing machine by the Freesia.
A cool, completely unsweetened light green-white floral scent that feels clean.
Unusual, to say the least. Suitable for the warmer season.
It lasts moderately, and the price-performance ratio is right.
Addendum 12.06.13:
At the current 24°C, I now also get more fresh laundry associations than in March. Additionally, I distinctly perceive a fine lily of the valley-musk accord in the drydown.
This makes me like the scent even more. It may develop better in the warmth.
