I seem to perceive this completely differently than the majority here - penetrating, synthetic rose with some patchouli, that’s it. Torture...

I perceive it the same way. At first, it’s rose oud, then quickly turns into patch, overpowering, almost disgusting in this combo.

I can definitely see why it polarizes. It's not a crowd-pleasing rose scent. You're right about that.
