The orange has soaked up a lot of sun
It's fruity and fleshy
Cool, herbal, bitter green
With warm amber, a slightly sweet vibe
Non-Chypre

Wick isn't necessary.

I liked it, especially because of the light sweetness.

Quite good, but I've smelled a lot of similar scents lately.

Orange + Amber sounds great to me, but if it's too sweet and overpriced, then less so. ;)

Slightly overripe orange, but amber calms everything down...

If it's already called Chypre and isn't one... :-)

Yeah, not really a Chypre... I couldn't get too excited about it either.

The term Chypre seems to be used a bit loosely...

Probably not the best from this quality-conscious house.

It's just not your taste, and that's totally valid!

Got a lot of 8 ratings here. It's actually quite alright.

For the price, there are definitely better summer freshies out there.

Up until the candy notes, it sounded good.

I don't understand why you would add amber to a sweet orange. What a shame!

A fresh, herbal sweetness like throat lozenges :-)

I'm interested in the house. And apparently not without reason. But always these candies...

If it's not too sweet, it will definitely be dreamy for summer.

Then I'd rather go for a vintage chypre for that price :-)

Reminds me of Acqua Viva with its summery-fresh yet slightly sweet candy-like vibe. I used to prefer this citrus direction back then. Nowadays, I don't want my citrus to be sweet anymore. The green-etheric notes add a bit of coolness.
