Safran Nobile Technique Indiscrète

Chaos at the Nobile family. It looks like a mess. Orange and lemon are screaming and splattering paint on the sofa. The pubescent jasmine is once again fighting with her brother cardamom. The eldest, saffron, is listening to loud music as always. Too loud. Boom boom boom. Anise, also heavily in puberty, chimes in. Daddy Patch the libertine wants to sort things out. He fails miserably with his feigned strictness. Bright screams now combined with his dark cursing. Jasmine is still tussling with cardamom. Anise is cheering them on. Daddy Patch buzzes in somewhat helplessly, not quite able to scold. And in between, the little ones! Deafening. Saffron's indiscreet tech boom is thumping from the neighboring room. Chaotic. Mama Vanilla comes to mediate, but is a bit annoying with her pleas for quiet and her eternal balmy harmony act. Uhhh... What stress at the Nobiles!
In the end, suddenly everyone is sitting quite peacefully around the living room table. Quite suddenly. Anise, saffron, and cardamom are playing Monopoly. Jasmine is quietly on the phone. The little ones (little orange & little lemon) are finally in bed! Finally quiet.... Mama Vanilla has won, puts her feet up, and cuddles with the somewhat offended Patch.
The spotty Anise eventually sulks off to his room, and you can hear him sulkily throwing his shoes against the door. Saffron has put on ballads.
Wasn't Uncle Benzoin supposed to come? Vanilla's dark gentle brother. He brings chocolate. Now it’s going to be cozy! Through the baby monitor, the gentle sounds of Orange and Lemon sleeping drift from the children's room, reminding the parents of the coming day. One more glass of wine.
