					Bargain Hunter
Thanks to the informative comments on Parfumo, I am transforming into a bargain hunter.
I am not a snob and do not need melodious brand names for my well-being.
On the contrary - something good at a low price pleases me even more.
That an expensive fragrance also has quality is something one can generally expect. Unfortunately, this is not always the case.
Some expensive fragrances are gathering dust on my shelves - the image was greater than my nose.
My best friend gifted me J´adore - a hit, as I really like it.
I wrote in a comment.
At Lidl, I definitely noticed the family resemblance to the beautiful original.
At home, I then did the comparison spray.
The mandarin top note is equally fruity - only J´adore can also boast a delicious banana note.
The mild rose is beautifully captured in Chalou as well.
But jasmine and sandalwood are represented very subtly.
For me, as a jasmine fan, a tad too sparingly.
On its own, Chalou is not a bad fragrance - but J´adore is significantly fuller, deeper, and more pronounced.
Now, after two hours, the original still shines on my wrist, while Chalou has already faded.
But the unbeatable price and the fact that for some, the light version may be more pleasant, speak in favor of the dupe.
Here too, it holds true - trying makes wise.

Interesting about the banana note. It probably bothered me in Jadore. On the other hand, I find Chalou Gold really pleasant and - thanks to scent sensitivity - long-lasting and well noticeable.

I've never tried this one, but the blue one always smelled so great on my sister!
