What is this? Here’s the check:
Bottle: Yup, I like it.
Volume: Unusable.
Scent: So if this is supposed to be the midnight seduction scent, where all men are drooling over the wearer, then I just don’t understand the world anymore.
This olfactory nosedive is only suitable for an afternoon tea party in the Harz.
Let’s move on to the fragrance notes.
Licorice blossom, what is that supposed to be? Kunigunde, the blooming licorice snail, or what?
Yeah, no, this is really hard to believe. I could pull my three hairs out for having bought this scent in a snap decision.
So, the aforementioned midnight scent ranks in the nice category on my seduction scale. Yes, a nice scent.
The licorice note is quite noticeable and lasts fairly long.
Then it gets rather boring and unremarkable with a floral mix and a generic base with vanilla.
We’ve smelled better.
With a lot of goodwill, you can recognize the family resemblance to the "original scent".
If you’re looking for licorice, you’re better off with Loverdose, as there’s definitely more going on scent-wise.
I can’t really warm up to this scent and am quite disappointed.
I can only agree with your comment compared to Loverdose ***nods head***. However, both fragrances are too sweet, too synthetic, and too uninspired.......
After the comment, I'm glad I didn't order it... despite the fancy bottle. And Hermi, nothing against the resin, you can enjoy tea beautifully there... but without the Lolle then :-P
