Pansy Lush 2019 Solid Perfume

I just purchased the beautiful "Pansy (Solid Perfume) | Lush / Cosmetics To Go" at the Lush store.

The scent is truly very special, and I perceive all of the listed fragrance notes, which creates a really lovely, unique combination for me. I find the DNA of Lush fragrances unmistakable. Very ethereal, very intense. Anyone who has been in a Lush store knows what I mean.

Blindfold me and send me through the city center, and I can find the store just by its smell.

Unfortunately, I stop perceiving Pansy very quickly; I think I just become fragrance-blind to it, as I wouldn't describe the longevity as poor.

Now I come to the cat litter. No, it definitely does NOT smell like ammonia or anything pee-like.

But I have a scented cat litter that I unfortunately associate quite strongly with this scent. When I sniff the fragrance on my wrist and concentrate, I can decouple this association and perceive the individual components of the scent again without bias; unfortunately, I can't completely eliminate this scent association, so I occasionally have to think about cat litter.

But I think this should be quite an individual problem, and I hope I'm the only one who feels this way.

I hope I haven't put anyone off this beautiful scent, but I wanted to share my fragrance experience here.
