Always curious and ready to test fragrances, I received 6 EdP fragrance samples from Bellemorte by the brand MCMC Fragrances. Now I am testing them for the second time after visiting the MCMC website and reading everything about the scents. MCMC explains that they use natural ingredients as much as possible, work carefully, etc. The concept is the "natural" scent. And then I see the prices: 40 ml = $95. Wow, that's not a small amount of money. From the listed ingredients, I recognize that these are supposed to be minimalist scents. The compositions read appealing to me. First up is "Savann". Somewhat an inconsequential scent. A bit of citrus-mango and a hint of wood. Maybe also a bit of tuberose. So far, it's a simple authentic scent. Nothing more happens, longevity and sillage are rather subtle. That's actually all. If it weren't for a strangely straw-like component that keeps recurring in the other scents more or less similarly, which I initially cannot place. I suspect it's rose hip shell in the case of "Savann". This scent does not convince me.
