Ommaduft? I say timelessly good
Sometimes oldies play on the radio that I haven't heard in a long time and they hit me right in the heart. Songs that evoke memories, awaken longings, feelings mixed with nostalgia and happiness. Then I consider bringing out the old LPs from the basement, Brian Ferry, Robert Palmer, Simply Red, Depeche Mode..... What does this have to do with Tosca? Tosca also went straight to my heart with the first spray.
Tosca was at my grandma's, I even believe we grandchildren once gifted it to her, and it was also at my aunt's and the favorite neighbor's, but I had no memory of the scent. Over the years here, Tosca crossed my path from time to time and I remember that Seerose once recommended the Extrait to me, unfortunately hard to find. Now I read Gold's statement, Medusa's comment, browsed the internet, saw Tosca as EPD and spontaneously bid on it. Bullseye....
The opening features Neroli, underlaid with aldehydes and other citrus notes. And although Neroli is not one of my favorite fragrance notes, 4711 says hello, I like the start. Then lily of the valley, rose, and jasmine join in, it becomes floral, yes also soapy. A fine, powdery spice now envelops me, Mr. Pluto notes: Do you have something new, it smells good. Remarkably, he doesn't often comment on my fragrances anymore; partners who are not so fragrance-savvy understandably become a bit dull over time, at least that's how it is for us. Towards the base, vanilla sweetens lightly, labdanum and patchouli round it off. I am very taken with Tosca, the scent is elegant, some say old-fashioned or derogatorily Ommaduft, okay, it is an old treasure, so am I. I say, it is timelessly good. And I have always had a weakness for antiques, whether scents or furniture. Besides, I know many grandmas who smell really good.
Price/performance is top, sillage and longevity are good, wearable for all occasions, maybe not in the height of summer. And the strong sex can also give it a try if they like powder.

Sehr gut beschrieben!
Pokal 🏆
In diesem Sinne: Genieß dein Tosca in vollen Zügen! :))
