Confidence to Spray On

One can ask the question, much like with the chicken and the egg, what came first. The confidence looking for the right perfume or vice versa.

For my part, I support the thesis that perfume can boost the ego, whether it is already present or not.

And Oud Satin Mood achieves this almost to perfection. This is partly due to the various parameters it offers: expensive, thus exclusive and rarely smelled, the aphrodisiac Oud which inevitably awakens primal instincts with its scent, as well as the excellent sillage that also alerts even the most oblivious individuals to your presence.

After the first two sprays (better just one), the vanilla and the oud hit hard and envelop you for at least half an hour.

Definitely a scent for winter, and in the warm Berlin S-Bahn, two sprays were almost too much. You don’t want to smell like a fool who can’t dose perfume properly.

On the flip side, one can certainly note that attention is guaranteed. And here comes the self-confidence back into play, as you can enjoy it because you are wearing an extraordinary scent.

Moreover, it smells so good that everyone is happy to smell this instead of the usual mix of döner, alcohol, and vomit. The top note can thus be described as above average and lasts for 30-45 minutes.

After that, Satin Mood calms down a bit, without losing its dominance.
It basically slumbers and breaks through occasionally before it finally transitions into the heart note and decides to remain strongly noticeable and support the wearer in their activities.

At the risk of sounding sexist and chauvinistic, one must still attest that Satin Mood is your perfect wingman. If your date doesn’t go in the desired direction, it’s not their fault. And if it does, you can be sure that your T-shirt, with it as a base note in the fibers, will also change owners.

In summary, one can say that the perfume is worth it and is a must-have. You will come to love it and use it only very rarely. If one is to believe the forum here, about 0.2 ml comes out with one spray. So that’s 60-120 cents for an evening to remember.

I don’t want to come off as a penny-pincher, but some people want to be convinced rationally as well as emotionally. Head/Heart/Base

That's really beautifully described. Personally, I find the scent terrible; I can't stand it. But I always think it's nice when someone finds a fragrance that suits them. It would be boring if we all liked the same things...

A great review :) Unfortunately, I've never smelled it on anyone else. I'm curious to see how the scent works on a man!
