Patchouli, vetiver, sandalwood, leather and even some incense interact in ways that makes it hard for me to keep track of top, heart and basenotes. The scent to me is not constructed by the individual notes, but is actually a sum of all the notes together. It gives off the notion of someone mysterious, the sense that the person wearing it has multiple layers to his personality that do not necessarily show at first. Sometimes the green notes in this one become so dark that you feel that you're smelling a damp, earthy and slightly decaying forest bottom.
All together it's aromatic and slightly dry with a feeling that it almost jumps out of the bottle.
Projection is excellent and longevity good. Overall this is really intriguing and definitely stands out from todays generic releases by a mile.
