I've been revisiting the house of Mancera lately and to be honest I'm not a huge fan. Their fragrances come up as too synthetic and overly sweet to a point I honestly dislike some of their power houses like: Aoud Lemon Mint, Red Tobacco and headache inducing Instant Crush but , of course there are some exceptions like Vetiver Sensuel.
With this one the titular vetiver is front and center (as opposed to Cosmic Pepper where the pepper is hardly noticeable but I digress). Vetiver is a very masculine note hence this would be a very masculine fragrance... right? well not really, it has some floral notes that softens it and adds feminine sensibilities making it this a more original interpretation of the vetiver.
Performance is very solid, signature Mancera performance which is always good. I really enjoy this one and it's perhaps a top 5 for me.
