And again a "vintage" strikes!

I was just looking for a specific "spicy scent" when I stumbled upon this "great oldie" Marbert! Untested, uncommented, ... strange?? Such a thing even exists with me! I knew it was in my collection, but it was only listed as a decant... Now it's ripe for "testing"!
Well, what can I say!?! "Full throttle an old vintage"! Of the best kind, exceptionally long-lasting and projecting for an "EDC". Everything tightly woven in a texture that, if it were fabric, could be a mélange of silk and linen!
Here we have herby-green citrus fruits, surrounded by a bitter-spicy floral veil, ending in a mossy-balsamic spice wood cloud. And I can perceive a hint of honey throughout the entire progression...
With subtle "animal" undertones accompanied by earthy "ink"! Hardly comparable to most of today's "Marberts," although some of them are really good! They lack all the "old charm" that only comes to light through a juxtaposition of "new" and "old." The "good" becomes "great class." And a "scent comment" for the memory carrier also for other "noses" that appreciate and love such things :-))

It's funny what you come across. You reminded me that I used to have that one too, and now that I've read your great review, I remember just how amazing it was. You have very nice things, my compliments!

I actually remember this from family circles back in the day.
