My friend held a reading at the Aalto Theater and kindly invited me.
Yes, gladly!

Of course, I took my girlfriend with me.
We dressed up - for our standards - nicely, meaning an ironed T-shirt and wrinkle-free jeans - we reject anything else as bourgeois.

From my freshly ironed shirt wafts a special typical cotton scent that immediately makes me reach for Cotton as a counterpart.
My girlfriend agrees and also takes a spray.

But beneath the "cotton blanket," fruity components like peach and orange develop.
At this stage, the scent is uplifting.
The elegant turn appears with jasmine and the soft suede note, which elevates our casual outfit nicely.
A hint of woodiness gives Cotton substance.

In the theater, the scent remains close to the skin; we both perceive it favorably but are not distracted by the engaging reading.

Later, while having a glass of wine with the three of us, my friend praises the scent he perceives - and can't decide which of us smelled better.

We winked at each other, laughing - and left the question open.
