Unfortunately, we won't be friends
I ordered "Hypnotic Musk | M. Micallef" with great enthusiasm and anticipation. Based on the listed fragrance notes, I thought this scent could be a great spring/summer fragrance.
But the scent was not what I expected. It is, in an unpleasant way, too sweet for me. I can't detect raspberry, caramel, and vanilla here. Rather, it smells completely different than I had anticipated.
In my opinion, the fragrance doesn't smell particularly high-quality. It is floral, sweet, and has a headache-inducing scent for me. Additionally, it somehow smells artificial to me.
But fortunately, tastes vary, and for some, it might be the perfect fragrance. I am happy for anyone who has found a great scent for themselves, but unfortunately, this one was not it for me.
