Concerning Lack of Orange
I graduated from UT with a degree in animal science in August 2023 and hope to return in the near future for vet school. Needless to say I had to try this and for my first blind buy I'm pretty let down. It's an artificial-smelling floral and it reminds me of a lot of my dissection labs because when I sniff my wrist I catch a whiff of formalin. I would've loved for the magnolia notes to be stronger or more orange because it's called Big Orange for a reason. I will note that I did buy this off eBay (unopened in its original package) so I'm not sure quite how old this is, plus the weather has been MUCH colder than usual in the past week while it was shipping, so possible aging and exposure could be affecting the way I'm smelling this. I also just sprayed this on a little over half an hour ago so hopefully it'll develop into something more pleasant. As an alum I REALLY want to like this so maybe once it returns to room temperature it'll smell better (I'll update when I test it again). Going to scrub my wrists now :(
