A few twists to this solar floral. Opens with the Gran Ballo style rice krispie smell, dries buttery (!) tiaré with white florals & musk.

I love these notes but is this typical Tuberose dominant White floral (like Narcotic V, Ecstatic, Fracas, Vespertine etc) or it's more complex and jasmine is noticeable as well?

I don't think it's in the realm of those fragrances - it's far more musk-vanilla-tiaré forward than it is tuberose/jasmine forward, meaning it's quite close to typical solar florals. Perhaps something between "Solaris" from Penhaligons and "Vanilla Powder" from Matiere. Relative to Vanilla Powder, it smells less sweet and not as scratchy. Doesn't really pull off anything unique for what it's worth.
