Very cheap but very high quality

It is a masculine, mature, powerful perfume.

On the first try I felt a mixture of honey, several woody notes and a lot of patchouli. After the dry-down, I feel a pleasant aroma of musk giving a sensuality to the composition. Leather notes blend with amber and make the fragrance intense with the help of moss and vetiver.

I think it's a nice perfume for more solemn occasions, social clothes, suits, or for casual night wear. Also working with air conditioning on you will be noticed by colleagues for the cool environment. I just don't recommend using it on hotter days, even outdoors.
A composition similar to the classic Gentleman by Givenchy.

Supermarket fragrance and yet it´s so wonderful

This is a perfume marketed by a supermarket chain, but its aroma is amazing. I have tried circa 20 perfumes sold under the supermarket brands and this was the only one I liked, but absolutelly love it.

The manufacturer doesn´t provide the aromatic notes, but they seem to be:
- Top: grapefruit, lavender, wood
- Heart: iris, white woods
- Base: Tonka bean, iris, cedarwood, ambar

This is the perfect definition of aromatic wood, actually could be called Iris Wood, it´s a catchy name and depicts an accurate picture of it, wood scented with iris and ambar.

Longevity on skin is very long, 8-10 hours, though projecting is very short, like 2-3 hours, the typical in soft and mild fragrances. Sillage is also mild and not intrusive.

Some people say that it vaguely resembles to Dior Homme in the opening and Gentleman by Givenchy in the drydown. It has some similarity, yes, but it is far from being a clon, in this fragrance the wood scent is very present all the way down. Let´s say that they share the style.

The price is ridiculous, 9.50€ the pack of 100 ml. + 20 ml. + shower gel.
