Sign Your Power Mercedes-Benz 2024
3
The chocolate tree drops its fruit
...and they meet the one who sprays on Sign Your Power. Mercedes-Benz achieves a beautiful combination of hard wood and gourmand cocoa with this Sign flanker (DNA unreleased).
At the beginning, a fine plum joins in (which is always fun) and rounds off the fragrance impression wonderfully. The balanced and beautifully resolved contrast between the tart woodiness and the gourmand sweetness is what makes this delicious fragrance so appealing.
The downside comes with time. The good sillage can hold its own for almost 3 hours before it starts to fade, but the plum has already disappeared and the wood also loses a lot of its tart fragrance color, so that the cocoa takes complete control. It then maintains this for another 4 hours before the fragrance disappears close to the skin. It's a real shame, because the beginning is so convincing that I would have loved to buy Sign Your Power.
But that leaves the overpowering cocoa, which is not enough for me personally (and I don't like cocoa enough on its own) to justify a purchase.
Finally, the bottle in the entire range (and as is so often the case with Mercedes-Benz) is ultra-special and also somehow strange, but has its own style. This representative, however, is the least successful with its overly monotonous coloring.

I didn't find the cocoa that overpowering, but sure, it's sweet.
